Over the years we have strived to create the perfect sausage recipe by combining fresh ingredients (rather than dried) with choice cuts of fresh pork. Our sausages are made from 100% quality outdoor reared British pork. The pigs all come from British farms approved by Freedom Food in accordance with strict RSPCA welfare standards for pigs. Freedom Food is the only farm assured and food labelling scheme dedicated to improving the lives of farm animals. The RSPCA standards cover all aspects of the pig’s life including living conditions, diet, handling, transport and slaughter.
