The welfare of our pigs is of paramount importance, indeed our animal welfare standards are recognized amongst the most demanding in the industry. To get the best from our pigs we need to ensure that our herd is looked after in the best possible way. For Simply Sausages therefore our pigs spend half their time outdoors with access to shelter and the rest of their time in large, deep straw bedded barns.
